PEGASUS PILATES  uses a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates' original exercise method. The exercises safely develop optimal strength, flexibility, and endurance. It also incorporates modern exercise principles with current knowledge about spinal rehabilitation and performance enhancement. This contemporary approach helps restore the natural curvature of the spine and rebuilds the muscles around the joints. It involves more pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization exercises then the original pilates method. This is designed to improve posture. It strengthens and lengthens the muscles without adding buld. It also incorporates breathing techniques that will either assist you in an exercise or create  more challenge. At the end of your workout you will feel refreshed and alive.
