All the instructors at Pegasus Pilates have a STOTT PILATES certification, a minimum of three years teaching fitness or movement, and teach pilates for their career. The instructors at Pegasus Pilates are trained professionals that are passionate about teaching pilates. They have all undergone specialized training in their field of focus. They have been through an internship  at Pegasus Pilates before they are allowed to teach clients. This is to insure that there is a seamless transition between instructors teaching different classes and clients. It is extremely important that all Pegasus Pilates Instructors are able to teach in a safe and effective way.
