Jennifer Van Deausen established Pegasus Pilates® in 2002. She worked independently in private
studios and gyms in Solana Beach, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Pegasus Pilates found it's permanent location in Solana Beach in
2003. The environment at Pegasus Pilates is warm and inviting. Its' intimate setting helps facilitate a peaceful and
effective pilates session.
The sessions are personalized to meet your needs. At Pegasus
Pilates® one of our goals is to return your body back to it's neutral alignment. This will help you become stronger
